Leaky Gut Breakfast

 

Breakfast is said to be one of the most important meals of the day. This is very true on many levels and this is why it matters what you eat for your first, most important meal of the day.   • Yogurt: Yogurt is an essential healing food for the right digestive system. People with dairy allergies and gluten allergies might find yogurt on the Do Not Eat list. They are also full of antioxidants which reduce oxidation associated with aging, inflammation, and arthritis.
  • Almonds: This nut contains prebiotic properties. This means they’re beneficial increasing levels of gut bacteria. It is essential to eat the skins of almonds, as well as, the nut itself because that’s where a lot of the goods are found.
